Our building was originally constructed in 1910 for the Orleans Manufacturing Company. It is an architecturally significant building and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 700 South Peters Condominiums were developed in the mid-1980s following the 1984 Louisiana World Exposition, a World's Fair that ended on Sunday, November 11, 1984. The building was one of the first successful warehouses to communal living conversions in the now-famous New Orleans Warehouse District.
On-site concierge or security personnel are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The building employs onsite management, maintenance, and cleaning crews including special COVID-19 mitigation procedures.
700 South Peters is a proud member of the Cox Communities program for MDUs in New Orleans. Please visit https://www.cox.com/residential/myconnection/home.html to find out more information and to sign up for service.
